I am passionate about empowering others to find joy through movement. With a background in science education and physical therapy, as well as strength & conditioning and pain, I work to create a flow that is challenging for all levels, informative, and therapeutic.
I completed my yoga teacher training in 2020 with Northern Yoga Center (a Veda Yoga affiliate). I have been teaching a combination of live and online classes since, as well as 1:1.
Whether you’ve been flowing consistently for years, have been on and off the mat, or are a yoga newbie, I know I can help start a practice the brings you joy.
Truthfully, beginning anything new can feel awkward.
Welcome - we’ve got you! New people join in all the time, and you’re always welcome to drop in or back out as you feel comfortable. Just click on the links posted 5 min prior to start or sign up (Tues/Sun). Cameras on/off and verbal hellos/goodbyes are always optional. Contact with questions or just dive in!

Classes all offered through Zoom. Some students embrace the option of keeping the camera in for accountability, most turn it off! It is always an option to start a class and sit it out if you are not “feeling” it!
THURS 9:00 AM HIPS X 45
Why is this class first on the list? It’s kinda my fav.
Yoga and fitness activation to improve movement through active and passive movements of the hips, lower spine, and legs. If you’re feeling old n’ creaky (stop it, you’re not), athletically sore, or just want a good stretch and stronger hips, this might just be your perfect medicine.
MON 7 AM VINYASA - 30 MIN
Basic Vinyasa flow with warrior poses, flowing one breath to one movement. These classes tend to have more familiar poses and are easily modified for a morning workout or a morning wake-up.
TUES. 7:00 PM - BRAIN FLOW
A little sweat, a little stretch, a little balance. Flow beyond flow. So meta.
A bit more cognitively challenging and creative than a standard vinyasa flow. In this class we flow beyond flow with guaranteed use of both halves of your brain and attention to increased body awareness. Fewer alignment cues and challenges including coordination, core, balance, and a somewhat aerobic vinyasa. Cues to modify with a ramp up for an experienced Yogi or with rest/modifications as we build skill. Great for independent challenge and for those days a rest break is needed.
WED. 8:00 PM GENTLE FLOW + BREATHE AND STRETCH
Feelin Good Flow. No locomotive vinyasa, heavy core, or peak poses! Just a good, happy flow with basic poses before we slow it down with stretching and a longer meditation/savasana.
A restorative flow with optional challenges.
FRIDAY 5:30 PM STRONG YOGA!
So strong, it needs a title with extra exclamation points. Good thing you ARE strong - but plenty of options to modify and rest when the your body needs it.
SUN. 10 AM - BRAIN FLOW
Like Tuesday PM class, this vinyasa class offers some optional challenge to both brain and body. Cues for ramp-ups and modifications for rest and recovery.

Never flowed with me? Take two classes free!! After that- $7 per class or all-you-can-flow $25. Pricing applies to all of my independent offerings listed above. Currently, that includes 5 offerings per week. Pay at the END of the month (pay for only what you actually do) or beginning (to stay committed)- it’s up to you!
